Tasting Notes:
Yebisu’s newest creation centered around selecting the perfect yeast from their bank of over 1000 strains, spanning a two and a half year process. This top fermenting yeast along with malted wheat was used to create this new Belgian style white beer.

Hanamiyabi pours with a wonderful spicy fragrance, its color is the light gold you would expect from a white ale. Flavors of coriander seed and nutmeg come through in the first mouthful and stay across the tongue. The backend finishes with a wonderful maltiness and a perfect amount of bitterness.

In this white ale, Yebisu has crafted a very well balanced, tasty wheat beer. It has flavors you won’t find in the standard store shelf brand lagers, and is at its best when enjoyed slowly. Hanamiyabi is a must try.
