The Creamy White name is used to describe the head of this beer. When poured correctly 70% beer and 30% foam, it should possess a smooth foamy head, reminiscent of your local draft pub (well, in Japan anyway).
This daisan beer uses barley, hops, and malt to deliver a taste true to its name. I really can’t find any faults with Creamy White. It’s got a great rich flavor, very smooth, with little bitterness. Very well rounded, and it might well become my everyday beer.
